Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received, for most orders.
Shipping costs can be viewed on the product page, below the description. Enter your country, city, and postal code to see the available shipping options. You can also calculate shipping costs in your shopping cart after adding items.

We offer three shipping options:
24/48 HOUR DELIVERY: 1 TO 2 DAYS
STANDARD DELIVERY: 7 TO 10 DAYS
EXPRESS DELIVERY (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS FEES)
Depending on the destination country and the type of item, all, one, or two shipping options may be available.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by exceptional circumstances or holidays. Refunds are only available if the item has not been received 60 days after the payment date.
24/48 hour express delivery is only available for Spain. For international orders, this shipping method may take up to 7 business days.
Orders for lithium batteries or items containing batteries will take longer than usual due to a different delivery process. These orders may be delayed up to 40 days. Batteries cannot be shipped to any islands due to shipping company restrictions. Orders to islands containing batteries will be automatically canceled.
Orders exceeding €180 or those selecting DHL Express shipping may be subject to customs fees in the destination country, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders under €180 typically do not incur customs fees, but in some cases, they may be held at customs and require payment of duties, which will be the buyer's responsibility.
In the event of order rejection or non-acceptance due to customs fees or any other reason, the order amount will not be refunded.
The default shipping company for deliveries will be Correos or DHL for Spain, or the postal service of each country. Deliveries may occasionally be made with other shipping companies such as CTT Express, GLS, Seur, or EcoScooting.
All shipments include tracking and are fully insured.
If the carrier's website shows the shipment as delivered, it will be considered delivered for all purposes. It is the recipient's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier if delivery has not been completed. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
In the event of an order being returned to the sender due to the recipient's absence, incorrect address, package refusal, or any other reason not attributable to the shipping company or ourselves, and the tracking information verifies multiple delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.
